Leadership Conference

Everyone loves having a little fun while getting to know their team and digging into what makes Olympus one of the best places to work! Not only does Olympus focus on your professional development and career growth, but we also like to ensure you are having fun in the process. As you know, FUN is one of our five core values! In May 2024, Olympus leaders from across the nation went on an international trip of a lifetime to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This Leadership Conference was full of team bonding, education, dinners on the beach, pool-side drinks, ATVs, and more!

With teams spread across the country – remaining dedicated to TEAMWORK is something we highly value at Olympus. At the heart of the #OlympusFamily is the fact we thrive on coming together to celebrate our successes throughout the year and get excited for what is to come.
