The 2022 Elite 1% ORA® scores from J Turner Research are out and we’re pleased to announce that five of our communities made the list. J Turner Research, a premier multifamily housing industry research firm, ranks ORA® scores by gathering info from all review sites and then pushes ratings through a statistical model. This model produces a score between 0 through 100 that is based on a comprehensive set of data gathered from renters themselves.
